Kate Williams

Kate is a third-year Ph.D. student in International Education Policy. Her work focuses on new literacies, digital pedagogy, surveillance capitalism, and education in emergencies. Kate is formerly affiliated with the URI Media Education Lab, where she earned a graduate certificate in Digital Literacy Education, and holds a M.Sc. in Media, Communication & International Development from The London School of Economics.
