Danielle Pafe

Collaborative Learning Coordinator

Danielle oversees and coordinates the TLTC's Guided Study Sessions program. She works closely with student leaders to create inclusive, collaborative, and active learning spaces in which students work through difficult course concepts together. She also teaches TLTC310: Leadership in Collaborative Learning Groups.

Danielle holds a M.Ed. in Secondary Education from Towson University and a B.S. in Forest Resources and Environmental Conservation from Virginia Tech. Prior to her time at the University of Maryland, Danielle held several positions teaching and mentoring students. Danielle's professional interests include peer educator development, collaborative learning, and supporting students in balancing their academic and non-academic interests. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, observing wildlife, and planning her next hiking adventure.
