Cassady Cundari

Learning Experience Designer

As a Learning Experience Designer at the TLTC, Cassady leads workshops, provides consultations, and facilitates professional development to support instructors in designing innovative, evidence-based courses. She believes education should be an ongoing dialogue grounded in collaboration and reflection, and she is committed to fostering effective, engaging, and inclusive teaching practices that benefit all students at UMD.

Cassady earned a B.S. in Culture and Politics Georgetown University, focusing on Literature, Spanish, and Education. Before joining the TLTC, she designed public health courses, developed environmental justice education programs, and worked as an ELA/ESL instructor in the DC Public School system. Her work spans diverse educational settings and includes collaboration with learners of all ages and backgrounds to create accessible and meaningful learning experiences.

Cassady is passionate about community-based learning, culturally sustaining pedagogy, and critical pedagogy. You may want to book a consultation with her to talk about any of these areas.
