Call for Proposals
Join colleagues to explore approaches for strengthening teaching and learning for the future.
Consider the Presentation Formats
All sessions are in-person and 50 minutes in length. You can indicate your preference from the following choices:
- Poster: Speakers will bring a printed copy of their poster to display and present during a 50-minute poster session. The 'Gallery Walk of Innovations' will showcase the breadth of teaching and learning initiatives on campus.
- Workshop: Presenters will share content or research and incorporate active learning exercises and/or discussion. Workshop proposals must include learning outcomes and a session outline, as well as a description of any active learning exercises or discussions.
- Panel: Multiple presenters will work together to share expertise, experiences, and strategies related to a specific teaching and learning topic.
To Submit:
- Proposal: Complete the 2025 Call for Proposals Form.
- Deadline: March 25, 2025, at 11:59pm.
- Notification: Persons with accepted proposals will be notified no later than Monday, March 31, 2025.
- Note: If your proposal is accepted and requires any IRB-related steps, we will provide support and coaching to guide you through the process.
