Join us in saying thank you to the teachers that make the difference. Timed to coincide with national Teacher Appreciation Week, we invite everyone to reflect on their most influential teachers, express their appreciation, and collectively recognize the excellence in teaching that exemplifies the University of Maryland.

It's Good for You!
Sure, saying "thank you" can make someone else feel great, but did you know that it's also good for you? Researchers have found that expressing gratitude improves your mood, reduces stress, and even reduces the chances of getting sick (Sheldon & Lyubomirsky, 2006; Emmons & Stern, 2013). Sounds like a Thank-a-Gram is just what the doctor ordered.
Please email email@example.com with any questions or ideas of how you can help us say thank you.
