When teaching and learning move online, having meaningful class conversations can become more challenging - particularly when students are asked to share their ideas, opinions, or disagreements. Research has shown that this is especially true for students of color and other marginalized groups. During this hands-on workshop, we will work through how to foster a safe and brave space for students to engage in meaningful dialogue.
This workshop qualifies as part of the Diversity & Inclusion Workshop series. More information about the series can be found on the Diversity & Inclusion Workshop Series informational page.
