Spend the day with colleagues and the TLTC staff to learn about some of the most compelling research on teaching practices and course design to enhance student learning outcomes, increase student engagement, be more efficient with your time, and foster inclusive classroom climates. Topics will include backward design, writing learning outcomes, formative assessment, rubrics, teamwork, syllabus construction, classroom management, and academic integrity. If you have a course that you're designing, redesigning, or just thinking about creating, bring your materials to work on and get helpful feedback. Lunch will be provided.
