Diversity and Inclusion Workshop Series

The Diversity and Inclusion Workshop Series is a collaboration among the Teaching and Learning Transformation Center, The Office of Diversity & Inclusion, and The Graduate School.  Based upon requests by graduate students for programming to address issues of diversity and inclusion in the classroom, we created an annual workshop series featuring noted instructors, educators, and experts in the field. Workshops focus on how these issues impact and are impacted by your teaching.  University of Maryland faculty, staff and graduate students who attend four workshops and do pre-workshop readings and reflections are eligible for a letter of completion from the TLTC and the Office of Diversity & Inclusion.  Completion of the workshop series does not have to occur in a single semester or academic year.
